Since July 5, 1995, the Boys and Girls Club of Chico and since November 22, 1998, Paradise Ridge has been dedicated to providing a positive, safe, facility-based program for youth ages 6 to 18 years of age. In October of 2000, our Clubs became the Boys and Girls Club of the North Valley to enhance and expand our services and programs. Our programs help youth build a sense of belonging, usefulness, self-esteem and empowerment enabling them to become productive citizens of our communities.

The volunteers and staff serve as mentors, keeping the children and teens focused on their futures, building self-respect, showing them that choices lead to consequences, and providing young people with hope and opportunity.

The Boys and Girls Club of the North Valley relies on over 500 volunteers a year to make programs happen. You can help make the Boys and Girls Club a reality for the children of Chico and Paradise. Please join us and show the youth of our community that you care.
